EWRB: Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking

We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and hard working individual to fill a junior building envelope engineer position in Calgary.

Duties to include, but not be limited to performing or assisting in:

• Condition surveys, gather data and prepare reports, drawings and specifications
• Investigations required to diagnose specific problems related to building structures and the building envelope and recommend repair options
• Property condition assessments and report preparation
• Completing reserve fund studies / building condition surveys and report preparation
• Prepare plans drawings and specifications for restoration projects in accordance with established codes and standards
• On-site field reviews of construction/renovation/rehabilitation projects for general conformance
• Perform contract administration

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Technologist or Civil engineering degree, other educational background will be considered
• 1-3 year of experience
• Ability to manage several tasks and prioritize these are required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Own transportation
