Repairs included permanent stabilization methods, isolated brick replacement, mortar joint repointing, and the installation of vertical and horizontal masonry soft joints.

Arosa Hotel

Mid-rise extended stay residence hotel exhibiting severe concrete balcony deterioration and extensive corrosion of the metal balcony railings. Repairs included full and partial balcony slab replacements, railing replacement, and traffic membrane application.

High-rise residential condominium building experiencing substantial water infiltration caused by single-wythe masonry walls and an aging aluminum window wall system. The rehabilitation project included over-cladding of the walls with an Exterior Insulation and Finishing System, elastomeric coating of the exposed exterior concrete walls replacement of the aluminum windows, and balcony railing panel replacement.

High-rise residential condominium building experiencing on-going water and air infiltration through the existing aging aluminum window wall system. The replacement project included, asbestos abatement, new aluminum window wall installation, and balcony enclosure replacement.

The rehabilitation project consisted of the removal of the existing brick veneer, removal of deteriorated shelf angles, repairs to the existing steel stud back-up wall, and the installation of an Exterior Insulation and Finishing System.

Mid-rise residential hotel with below grade parking garage exhibiting extensive water infiltration and concrete deterioration. Repairs included hot-rubber asphalt membrane installation, concrete beam, column, and slab repairs, asphalt replacement, landscaping modifications.
